Among the many rare items from this sale are personal medals and documents from the estate of Generalfeldmarschall Schörner, a highly important collection of German Orders and Medals 1870 – 1945 including an almost complete collection of the German Eagle Order, the magnificent KC with Oakleaves and Swords Preliminary Document to Fighter Ace Otto Kittel (number 4 in the list of top fighter aces – with 267 victories), the Oakleaves and Swords document and cassette to Oberstleutnat Alfons König, an important collection of Imperial Russian Militaria and Headgear and a large selection of fine Imperial German and Foreign Orders and Medals such as the magnificent Grand Cross set with Swords in Diamonds worn by King Ferdinand I. of Bulgaria and the ultra rare gold 1870/1871 issue Saxon Order of Saint Henry Commander’s Neck Badge.
The highlights in historical firearms are a truly magnificent and highly important Presentation Walther PP and an ultra rare 1945 production F.G.42.
